High-Quality Orthodontic Care<\/h2>\n

Scheduling Appointments<\/h3>\n

In general, we schedule appointments at 4-8 week intervals. Please keep in mind that your appointment slot has been reserved specifically for you, so please arrive promptly and on time. In order to see as many patients as possible after school hours, we usually schedule appointments that are longer than 15 minutes between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Arriving Late<\/h3>\n

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you\u2019re late for an appointment we\u2019ll try to treat you that day, but this may not always be possible. Depending on our schedule, we may ask that you wait for a while or reschedule for another time.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Rescheduling<\/h3>\n

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We know that many patients wish to be seen after school hours and we\u2019ll do our best to accommodate you if possible.<\/p>\n

No-Shows<\/h3>\n

If you have missed your appointment, please reschedule as soon as possible. We understand emergencies come up, but missing your appointment could prolong your treatment and may result in a fee.<\/p>\n

Emergency Appointments<\/h3>\n

If you have an orthodontic emergency<\/a>, please advise us as soon as possible. Additional time is required to repair a loose bracket or broken wire and the allotted time for your original appointment may not be sufficient.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t
